Obituary of Lawrence Robert Rippe

Lawrence Robert Rippé III, age 74, of Brooklyn, NY passed away Sunday, January 8, 2023. Mr. Rippé was born September 19, 1948 in Manhattan, NY. He is the son of the late Lawrence Robert and the late Catherine (nee Smith) Rippé.

Mr. Rippé served in the United States Marine Corps from 1966 – 1970.

He retired from the NYC Department of Sanitation.

Mr. Rippé is predeceased by his beloved Kathleen A. Rippé.

Survived by his devoted daughters Danielle Coppola (George) and Kristen Harbeck (Donald.)

Poppa to Joseph John and Antonino Lorenzo.

Forever In Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Mr. Rippé soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 11 from 2:00 – 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial to immediately follow in Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island.
