Obituary of Margaret Murphy

Margaret Murphy, age 78, of Brooklyn, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2024. Mrs. Murphy was born January 18, 1946, in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Patrick and the late Margaret nee (Brennan) McGilloway.

She is survived by her cherished husband George Murphy.

Dear mother to George P. Murphy (Eileen) and Margaret R. Daly (Brian.)

Beloved grandmother of Kayla, Owen and Ashlyn.

Calling hours will be Thursday, February 29 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 1 at St. Francis De Sales R.C. Church, 129-16 Rockaway Beach Blvd, Belle Harbor, NY.

Private cremation to follow at Green-Wood Crematory.
