Constance (Connie) O'Hagan passed away on June 7, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Thomas H. O'Hagan. Devoted mother of Elizabeth O'Hagan, Theresa O'Hagan-Kelly and William Kelly. Adored grandmother of Eddie, Tommy, Billy, Elizabeth and Catherine Kelly. A Mother's love is the greatest, we were so blessed to have one of the greatest. Forever in our hearts.
