Obituary of Donald J. MacBride

Mr. Donald MacBride of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee formerly of Brooklyn, New York passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Son of the late Stewart and Opal MacBride, brother of the late Gloria O'Connell and the late Brian Hegarty. He is survived by brothers, Kenny (Susie), Kevin (Carol) and sister, Florence Hegarty. Donald is also survived by his brother-in-law, Jack O'Connell and many nieces and nephews. In addition, he is survived by his long time care-giver, Ruby Eads. The family will receive friends 5-7 pm, Friday, June 19, 2015, with the funeral service to follow at 8pm at Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chepel, Rev. Jason Walker officiating. The family will receive friends at Marine Park Funeral Home, in Brooklyn, NY on Monday evening from 5 to 9 PM. Religious service will begin at 8:30 PM, on Monday evening. Interment will follow on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
