I first met Chris when he came to my home the days after 9/11 to talk to me about my son Michael, Eng 214.
He stole a little piece of my heart that day and will be dearly missed. I see him in the arms of 343 Angels and believe they will all watch over Mary and the children and his friends.

My heart aches for you Mary. I remember what a special, sweet guy Chris was when I met him at the Nuthouse. Just know that Bombero and all the guys were there to meet him, and sitting around the table once again laughing and telling stories. Never forgotten...my prayers are with you and your family.

When I worked with Chris a few years back, I was always impressed with him as a firefighter, but what impressed me the most was how good of a person he was. His humility, and his kindness is what always stuck with me. I feel extremely lucky to have met him and thank him for being such a great example for the rest of us.
