Obituary of Rev. John J. Feminelli

Rev. John J. Feminelli, age 76, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 in Brooklyn, NY. Rev. John was born October 12, 1946. He is the son of Jack and Margaret (nee Laregina) Feminelli.

He is survived by his siblings Justine Manuel and Francis Feminelli.   

Rev. John was ordained by the Diocese of Corpus Christi Texas in 1987 and retired in 2017.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Rev. John’s soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023 from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at Our Lady Help of Christians 1315 E 28th St, Brooklyn, NY 11210.

Mass of Trasferral will begin at 7:30 PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians Roman Catholic Church.

Burial to immediately follow in Green-Wood Cemetery, Brooklyn.
