Obituary of Angelina Rose Nuzzi

Angelina “Angie” Nuzzi, age 84, of Brooklyn, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.  Angie was born on July 25, 1938 in the Bronx, New York.  She is the daughter of the late Giacomo "Jack" Priore and the late Rosa Priori.  Angie was pre-deceased by her husband Mario Nuzzi and her sister Anna Voce.  She is survived by her stepson Dominick Nuzzi, his wife Terry Nuzzi and her grandsons Christopher (Jenna) and Daniel (Samantha) and great grandson Leo.  Other close family members include her nieces Carolann Pesiri (Jules) and her children Philip and Christina; Andrea Doyle (Christopher) and her children Christopher and Katelynn; and Vito and Carmella Nuzzi and their children Angela, Marco and Victoria.  

Forever In Our Hearts

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Angie's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Reposing on Friday, May 12 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 9:30 AM on Saturday, May 13 at Resurrection R.C. Church, 2331 Gerritsen Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11229.   

Burial will immediately follow at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Rd., Westbury, New York 11590.
