Obituary of Susan Elizabeth Alloca

Susan Elizabeth Alloca, age 66, of Marine Park, Brooklyn, peacefully passed on October 26, 2023 at NY-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Beth was born to Michael Philip Alloca (deceased) and Margaret Teresa Connor (deceased).

Dear sister to Patricia Diane Paladino, Michael Eugene Alloca (deceased), William Philip Alloca (deceased), Kathleen Mary Forman and Andrew John Alloca, Sr. (Grace). 

Beloved aunt of Michael Christian Merritt (Suzan), Tina Renee Lennon, Andrew John Alloca, Jr. (Patricia), Shawn Forman (Alyssa), Lisa Alloca and Peter Alloca. 

Beth is also survived by her great-nieces and great-nephews Emily Paige, Jake Christian, Isabel Suzan, Sophie Kayla, Miles Gavin and Ellie Drew, whom she loved dearly.

She graduated Good Shepherd Grammar School and James Madison H.S., and attended Kingsborough Community College.

Beth loved baking, cooking appetizers and special meals for her family, gardening, decorating her apartment, creating indoor and outdoor decorations for all holidays, sending cards, and wrapping and giving gifts for those she loved for every special occasion in their lives.

Beth spent her early working years as an administrative assistant at various companies.  Her later years were spent lovingly caring for her aging father and ailing brother, Bill.  

 The visitation for Beth Alloca will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home on Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM - the family will be gathering at the funeral home by 9:00 AM. The Commital Service will immediately follow the Funeral Mass at St. John Cemetery.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May Beth's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
