Obituary of Mary L Comer

Mary Louise Comer, 78, of Brooklyn, NY, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Mrs. Comer was born October 15, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY. She is the daughter of the late Thomas P. and the late Louisa A. (nee Greegan) Reilly.

She was a devoted teacher for the NYC Board of Education.

Mrs. Comer is predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas W. Comer. 

She is survived by her children Thomas, John (Elizabeth,) Kevin (Elissa,) Patricia and Daniel (Jean.)

Cherished grandmother of Owen, Maggie, Patrick, Mary, Matthew, Christopher, Lucas, John and Julia.

Sister of Thomas Reilly, Julie Kennedy (Patrick,) Martin Reilly (Margaret,) James Reilly, the late Virginia Stappert (the late Bob,) and the late Patricia Reilly.

Forever In Our Hearts

Calling hours will be Sunday, January 21 from 2:00 – 5:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 am on Monday, January 22 at Our Lady Help Of Christians R.C. Church, 1315 East 28th Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial to immediately follow in in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn.
