Obituary of Carol A. Quinn

Carol Quinn, 80, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024, in Largo, FL. Carol was born December 13, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY. Daughter of the late Thomas and the late Mary Gilroy.

Carol was married to Robert Quinn for 35 years until he passed away in 1999.

Mother of the late Robert Quinn (Monique) and Kathy Monaghan (Martin.)

Carol is the beloved sister of the late Thomas Gilroy (Gay,) the late Marion Bishop (Martin,) John Gilroy (the late Rita.)

Grandmother of Melissa Jones (Kenny,) Robert Quinn (Alina,) Carolann Monaghan, Tara Monaghan, Thomas Quinn (Grace,) William Quinn, Madeline Monaghan.

Great grandmother to Sofia Ramos, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Ozzy Quinn.

Devoted partner to the late Daniel Wulff for more than twenty years, who passed away just a year ago.

A great friend and aunt to Laura Gilroy.

Carol was a beautiful, generous, selfless soul who will be missed by all.

A memorial visitation will be Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 4:00 – 9:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, Inc., 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, NY.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 AM on Monday, November 4 at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, 1950 Batchelder Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Burial to immediately follow in St. John Cemetery, Queens on Monday, November 4.
