Dear Sal, Ralph and your beautiful families,
My heart is broken that your mom is no longer a phone call away from me anymore. She was like a mom, a big sister, and a confidante to me. There is not a day that goes by that something doesn't remind me of 49th street. I think about her everyday and will love her forever. I can find comfort in knowing that she is in the loving arms of your father right now, sitting at the table with all of her loved ones that pre-deceased her, laughing and talking, as they have a lot of catching up to do! If you close your eyes you can picture all of them, hear the laughter, and you can just smell the delicious aroma because you know someone's cooking!
Please find strength in all of those wonderful memories of your beautiful, precious mom.
She was truly a special, loving, and wonderful woman.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
